we take pride in the craftsmanship of every custom piece we create. Because our items are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we maintain a strict return policy.
​1. Custom Order Policy ​All sales of custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
. ​Change of heart or buyer’s remorse.
. ​Incorrect sizing or options selected by the customer at the time of order.
.​Minor variations in color or texture that are inherent to the [materials you use, e.g., wood grain, hand-dyed fabric].
​2. Defective or Damaged Items ​We stand by our quality. If your item arrives defective or was damaged during transit, we will make it right.
. ​Reporting Window: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

.Resolution; Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. We will either repair the item, create a replacement, or issue a full refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production or material sourcing has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
